Spinning® is more than an indoor ride. Whether you are a novice or have experience with this unique form of exercise it promises you an amazing cardio workout that also strengthens your core and focuses your mind. Spinning® is great on its own and makes a wonderful compliment to your Pilates and Yoga practice.
If you're new to Spinning®, we offer an Intro to Spinning® Workshop. This workshop will demonstrate the proper form and alignment for in and out of saddle riding, proper bike set-up, cardiovascular goals and more. The workshop will end with a 25min ride.
